Wisconsin Dells Thanksgiving Vacation 2014

Stayed at the Wilderness Resort

My mom and dad came to visit our family for Thanksgiving this year! It was great having them with us in Illinois and we even took a mini vacation to visit the famous Wisconsin Dells water resorts! We had a 3 bedroom suite with a full kitchen and living area that we ate and played games in between going to the three different big indoor water parks we had access to! Ended the trip in fashion by going to a big Thanksgiving Day Buffet!! Like Roman is showing.... we got our Gobble On!!

First Day of School!!

Say What? I have a 5th grader? Who goes to a whole new school with the words "Middle School" written on the front?? Ahhhh this is crazy! Love this boy to death! He does great at school and I have no worries he'll get the swing of having 9 periods, multiple teachers, and doing the whole locker thing! That's my Clay!

Hayden

Hitting up the 3rd grade today! This kid makes me laugh all the time! Always happy and a great helper to me. Isn't that big on giving hugs or being needy or anything, but when he does give you one of his hugs.....It's the Best!

Justin

I'll admit...this kid has me worried.. he is smart and gets things done fast sooooo want to move on to new things. Sorry bud you'll have to go with the flow of your kindergarten class!! He was really excited today, checking his backpack, telling me what he will eat first from his packed lunch. He said, "I will tell my teach 'Hi' and I don't have to worry about any seatbelts, because there are non Mom! You don't have to have seatbelts when riding a bus!" All said matter a factly!

I think Roman is really going to miss his buds!

Oh to be 2 and not have a care in the world! We had a fun family day with Roman going out to lunch at Texas Roadhouse, getting Ice cream cones afterward at Chick-fil-A and then Roman relaxed with his favorite movie at the moment Frozen! I have even caught him kissing the screen with Anna or Elsa are doing a big singing number! Too cute!

I really enjoy making shirts for my boys and recently they have been crazy about Legos, especially since the new Lego Movie came out. They go around singing the theme song "Everything is Awesome" So we decided to make a few Lego themed shirts featuring some characters from the movie.
